The booking system operates in two modes.

Transfer System: On the Transfer page, you can receive requests from your customers as [From Cities to Airports] | [From Airports to Cities] | [From Your Fixed Location to All Locations].

Reservation System: Options are available to respond to reservations for selected places or fully open requests.

The appearance of the Transfer homepage, which you can better see and experience on our demo sites, can be adjusted from the admin panel. With customizable colors, icon shapes, and classic/modern designs, this script is designed to provide the best appearance for your site.

The Reservation homepage does not have other features apart from color customization. It can be designed to change according to requests and future reactions. With updates, modules tailored to requests will be added to the admin panel to provide the best service in terms of aesthetics and usability.

There are two separate pages for tracking Transfers and Reservations. These pages are necessary for the requesting customer to check the status of their request or to report any errors, allowing access to all requests and information mentioned within.


Display of Information

If the customer has not completed the email confirmation, they will not have full access to the data. If the admin or the customer cancels the request, the information will also be hidden. Due to privacy concerns, information regarding the completion of a Reservation or Transfer will also be stored securely and will not be displayed on the page, with the customer being informed about this.

The homepage of our admin panel provides our administrators with a comprehensive and easy-to-understand overview of the system’s general status. Here you can access the following information and settings:

License Information: You can view your current license key and status to ensure that the system is used legally.

System Management: Important statistics such as the total number of administrators, vehicles, locations, and email templates help you better understand the structure and size of your system.

Automation Settings: You will have full control over the status of processes such as automatic booking confirmation and customer approval emails.

System Settings: You can edit basic information such as site name, phone number, and currency, as well as easily manage financial settings like discount rates and tax information.

Appearance Settings: By making visual adjustments such as theme and homepage colors, you can personalize the user experience and better manage location information with Google Maps integration.

This page makes all the information you need to manage and optimize your system efficiently quickly accessible.

Locations

This is the page where you can register the locations you will offer to your customers in the transfer system. It is user-friendly and fast.

Transfer Prices

Transfer Prices

On this page, you can easily enter prices related to the added locations and view the list of missing locations (especially based on airports) along with average prices per kilometer from the price calculation page.

During price addition, you can set different prices based on the number of passengers in the vehicles, add a price for round-trip transfers at once, and see that the return fare is automatically calculated when you enter the one-way price.

Additionally, when you receive a transfer request from a location that is far away, the system automatically determines the earliest transfer time based on the distance in between. For example, if you are 60 minutes away from point A, your customer can request a transfer no earlier than 70 minutes later.

You can offer extra services to your customers during transfers and charge additional fees for these services. You can easily add any extra service needed, such as baby and child seats, bicycle or ski equipment transportation. If you wish, you can set additional prices for these services or leave the price field blank.

This page is designed to track and manage transfer and reservation requests from customers. The page allows you to process both past and current requests. Additionally, you can search for requests and intervene when necessary.

Features

Color-Coded Status Notification: The status of transfers or reservations is visually indicated by the color of the text. For example: Cancelled: Red, Accepted: Blue, Completed: Green. These colors minimize the likelihood of making errors. You can also access a report of all entered data and make edits. Details such as the customer's browser information and IP address are also available on the page.

Transfer/Reservation Information: Each record is stored with a unique ID number in the database. The creation date of the record is also displayed.

Accept/Hold Button: This button will also appear on the customer tracking page and provides information on whether the request has been accepted or placed on hold.

Approval Button: This button indicates that the transfer or reservation has been approved. This action sends a confirmation email to the customer and updates the status on the tracking page to "Approved."

Completed Button: Becomes active after approval and sends an email to the customer notifying them that the transportation process is complete.

Cancel Button: When a request is canceled, both you and the customer receive an informational email.

Google Review Request: After the transportation process is completed, you can ask your customer to leave a review for your business on Google.

Google Thank You Message: Allows you to send a thank-you email after the customer has left a review.

With many additional options available, you can further enhance the system and use it to its fullest potential. The examples above are just some of the key status checks and content descriptions.

These are calendar pages related to Transfers and Reservations. These separate calendars for both systems indicate the start date and time of the transportation process, providing ease in determining the end times of the journey. Clicking on a transfer in the calendar redirects you to your customer’s request page.

Coupon System

Coupon System

It is one of the most important plugins of the script. It can be enabled or disabled via the admin panel, and various types of coupons can be created. Let’s take a look and explain what this system is all about.

Coupons can only be used once, and each customer can use a coupon for each request they make, but only one time.

In the coupon system, unlimited coupons can be created according to the desired duration and selected percentage amounts. The system has coupon percentages ranging from 5% to 25%. These figures can be adjusted as needed. When creating a coupon, the system provides you with a unique coupon code. The probability of the same code repeating is 1 in 10,732,505,600. Thus, the chance of duplication in this system has been minimized.

Once a coupon is created, you can reserve it for a customer or promote these coupons on social media to increase your customer potential. If you wish to adjust the dates of coupon codes, you won’t face any issues. The system will notify you with a visual pop-up warning when there are less than 90 days remaining, indicating how many days are left.

Coupon Assignment

When you reserve coupons for a customer, the Coupon Assignment page will display a list of completed requests from previous dates. You can find out whether your paying customers used any discounts or coupons on this page. You can select the person to whom you will assign the coupon, and by clicking the "Assign Coupon" button at the bottom, you will be taken to the page of the coupon to be assigned. You are given the opportunity to select from the active coupons, and after making your choice, you save it. You can notify the person in various ways about this situation or inform them via email through the Send Coupon page.

You can also track whether these coupons have been used on the Coupons Given page.

How will your customers use the coupon codes?

Immediately after creating a request, there will be a field for customers with a coupon code on the tracking page. They can easily use their coupons through this field.
(Coupons can work in both systems, but they are currently disabled in the Reservation system.)

In the script content, you have two options for reservation/transfer requests: the site’s email address or the email address you use in your SMTP settings. If you choose to use the email address saved in the SMTP settings, you can read and delete your incoming emails via the “Incoming Emails” link that will appear in the menu.

There are separate templates for all emails sent within the script. Templates necessary for sending to your customers, tailored for each language and Transfer Direction, are added to the system through this page and recorded in the database. As an example, several templates will already be included in the system. You can edit the templates according to your needs without altering their structure and upload them to the system. There are a total of 42 templates available.

This page contains the terms and conditions that your customer must accept when making a transfer or reservation. You need to click on the language buttons in the menu to enter in each language. The rules entered separately for each language must be approved by the customer. If a customer does not approve, the button will not be active at the end of the request. Writing the best terms and conditions allows you to provide the most efficient service for both you and your customers.

Language codes that encompass the entire system are in our database. Whenever you think there is an issue, you can access all data in the desired language and make any adjustments you want. When you find a need for a new language in certain pages, you can add a new word/sentence key to enter new text in three languages. This is necessary on the Transfer Extra Options and vehicle editing/adding new pages as needed.
